This day course meets the requirements for CPD as outlined by the NSW Office of Fair Trading. Attendance at the course entitles you to 12 CPD points.

The topic for 2009 is By Laws Conception, Inception & Enforcement

 How many times do we hear owners say ‘the by-laws are useless, residents still break them and we can’t do anything about it’.

Participants will learn the step- by-step procedure to achieve an acceptable outcome when enforcing By Laws. By-Law Enforcement does cost and owners and residents must contribute to the outcome but  Owners Corporations and Executive Committees can take effective action to achieve results if right procedures are followed.
