There are many career options in the strata and community title industry. The main ones are licensed Strata Managers and registered Strata Managers. The difference between the two is the level of qualification.
Registration as a Strata Manager with the NSW Office of Fair Trading requires completion of 3 units of competency from the CPP3037 Certificate III Property Practice (Operations).
To qualify for your license as a Strata Managing Agent, you need to complete the Certificate IV Property Practice (Operations).
ISTM is a Registered Training Organisation (# 837). We currently offer training which entitles you to apply for registration as a Strata Managing Agent.
